    Chelsea Perino

    Managing Director, Global Marketing & Communications, The Executive Centre

    With an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from NYU and after a four-year solo trip around the world, Chelsea Perino first discovered her love for advertising in Cape Town, South Africa. There, Chelsea spent two years running all things marketing related for an experiential marketing startup, before returning to New York to complete her MA in Public and Organizational Relations. Since then Chelsea has worked in advertising both in New York and Seoul, South Korea, leading digital strategy for a Samsung Global, Mobile. Now based in Hong Kong, Chelsea is the Managing Director, Global Marketing & Communications at The Executive Centre, Asia’s largest premium flexible workspace provider, whom she has helped establish as the leader in workspace experience, community and corporate-culture facilitation. Chelsea is passionate about organizational culture and believes that creating a dynamic and collaborative working experience positively affects team morale, productivity, and fosters community. She is an adjunct professor and published author, a regular guest speaker at corporate real estate and marketing industry conferences, and represents The Executive Centre on the board of CoreNet Global’s Hong Kong Chapter, the Urban Land Institute’s Women In Leadership Initiative, and is the Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce’s Women of Influence committee.

    Ann Austin

    Head of Sustainability, Australia, Lendlease

    Ann has worked with the Lendlease group since 1992 in a variety of sustainability, project and people management roles, including CEO of the Lend Lease Foundation and General Manager of Organisational Development for Bovis Lend Lease. She has worked in sustainability since 2004 when she established Lend Lease’s first suite of sustainability metrics, guided by the Global Reporting Initiative framework before heading up sustainability for Lendlease Building for over a decade. Recently she held the dual role of National Sustainability Manager for Lendlease Building Australia and Head of Sustainability Engagement for Lendlease Group globally, responsible for establishing a culture that supports a consistent approach to sustainability excellence in all aspects of the Lendlease business. In July 2021 Ann was appointed Head of Sustainability, Australia responsible for leading the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy for all Lendlease businesses in the region. In her thirty year career in the sector, Ann was chair of the award winning Miller’s Point Youth and Employment Partnership, was the 2003 National Association of Women in Construction NSW Vision Award winner, the 2005 National Crystal Vision Award runner up and the 2011 Contribution to Sustainability winner. She is on the board of the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce and the Leadership Group for MECLA (Materials & Embodied Carbon Leader’s Alliance). She has degrees in Architecture (Hons 1) from the University of Sydney and an executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of NSW).

    Natalie Slessor

    Head of Product Strategy, Investment Management, Lendlease

    As one of Australia’s few social psychologists specialising in the built environment, Natalie has always been focused on the relationship between people and place. She deeply understands occupiers and the drivers of change for the future of workplace, cities, and innovation assets.  She has channelled her expertise towards winning and realising globally significant property developments, creating ground-breaking workplaces, and new precincts in Sydney, Singapore, Silicon Valley and London.   Natalie has had several roles at Lendlease over the last 10 years, including Head of Workplace, Head of Customer, Digital & Place, and most recently, Head of Product Strategy Investment Management, which involves realising the creation and curation of new products and places for a new economy with their investment partners. Prior to Lendlease she was a Director of Workplace Change Management at DEGW, Head of Workplace Strategy & Planning at Macquarie Bank, and Workplace Lead at Woods Bagot.  She thrives in highly creative, commercial, and ambitious teams looking to bring bold ideas to life.
