On Wednesday, 16 June ULI Italy will host their annual conference, this year titled“Social value creation: Role of real estate & ESG criteria approach”. Social value is becoming an increasing priority across the real estate industry, and its quantification is important for its inclusion in a business case. However, a univocal definition and assessment methodology for social value is still to be achieved.

The event will feature the presentation of the ULI research report "Zooming in on the “S” in ESG: A road map for social value in real estate” by Lisette Van Doorn (CEO, ULI Europe), with the aim of analysing the existing social value measurement framework, also providing guidance on social value creation through the real estate sector. Interesting panel discussions will follow, where both Italian and international speakers will share their experience related to the topic, in light of the threats and opportunities highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mercoledì 16 giugno 2021 ULI Italia vi invita alla Conferenza “Social value creation - Role of real estate & ESG criteria approach”.
