    Tim Wang

    Managing Director, Head of Investment Research, Clarion Partners LLC

    Tim Wang is a Managing Director and the Head of Investment Research at Clarion Partners. He helps manage the firm’s $56.3 billion of commercial real estate investments, and leads the Research group in supporting the development of investment strategy and advising on portfolio strategy through proprietary analytics and econometric forecasting. He joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of Clarion Partners’ Investment Committee. He is a frequent guest speaker at real estate investment conferences, has published numerous real estate research articles, and has co-authored five real estate strategy books, including Active Private Equity Real Estate Strategy (2009), Guide to U.S. Real Estate Investing (2009), Emerging Market Real Estate Investment: Investing in China, India, and Brazil (2010), Inside the Real Estate Fund Investor (2011), and Real Estate Mathematics (2011). He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and currently serves on the PREA Research Committee (as Chair), the NCREIF Research Committee, and the Real Estate Research Institute Advisory Board. He holds an MBA from New York University and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.

    Adam Ruggiero

    Head of Client Solutions, Real Estate, MetLife Investment Management

    Adam Ruggiero is a Managing Director with MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Since 2019 he has served as MIM’s Head of Client Solutions, working with teams across MIM Real Estate to develop investment strategies designed to meet the individual and collective needs of our clients. Joining MIM in 2015, he served as MIM’s Head of Real Estate Research from 2016 – 2019. Prior to joining MIM, he occupied several roles at PGIM Real Estate in strategy development, asset management, and portfolio management. Adam is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Publications Committee of the Pension Real Estate Association.

    Richard Kleinman

    Head of Americas Research and Strategy / Co-CIO Americas, LaSalle

    Rich Kleinman is a Managing Director with LaSalle’s Research & Strategy team. He assists in developing investment strategies for clients, assesses market conditions associated with specific investment decisions, develops office market forecasting tools and monitors capital market conditions. Prior to joining LaSalle in 2005, he worked at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City and as a Strategy Consultant at the Monitor Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Melbourne, Australia. Rich has spoken at conferences held by the Real Estate Research Institute, ULI, and National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, has published articles in the PREA Quarterly and contributed to the PWC/Urban Land Institute Emerging Trends Publication. He is currently co-chair of the NCREIF Research Committee. Rich received a master’s degree in Urban Studies from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and American Studies from Williams College.

    Jeanette Rice

    Americas Head of Multifamily Research, CBRE, Inc.

    As CBRE’s Americas Head of Multifamily Research and real estate economist, Jeanette Rice conducts high-level capital markets and property market analysis on the multifamily sector for CBRE’s Capital Markets teams and clients. Her analysis also covers seniors housing and student housing. Ms. Rice interprets the economic, market and capital markets landscape at the national, metro and submarket level. Included in her varied analyses are short-term and long-term multifamily demand drivers; cyclical supply-demand, occupancy and rent market dynamics; debt and equity investment activity and pricing trends. Ms. Rice provides investment strategy, risk and opportunity perspectives for multifamily owners and investors. Ms. Rice joined CBRE in September 2014.
