Join the Terwilliger Center and RCLCO for a webinar presenting the 2025 Home Attainability Index. The Index is a data-rich resource for understanding the extent to which a housing market is providing a range of choices attainable to the regional workforce. Learn ten key trends that the data is telling us this year, including deep dives into several markets to explore cost burdens, homeownership, household growth, home attainability, and more. Presented by Adam Ducker of RCLCO and Rosie Hepner of the Terwilliger Center, the webinar will explore a combination of high cost markets where middle income households are increasingly housing-cost burdened and historically lower cost markets are awakening to a growing and unexpected housing affordability challenge. New Index components will be presented, including an easy-to-use Excel tool and interactive map that tracks housing data at the tract, county, and MSA levels.
