    Ana Duffy

    Sustainability Manager, Hudson Pacific Properties

    Ana Duffy is a Sustainability Manager at Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP), overseeing key sustainability initiatives for the office portfolio. She’s responsible for driving progress toward HPP’s Science Based Target, net zero waste by 2025 target, and furthering the company’s decarbonization strategies, including efforts to reduce embodied carbon in (re)developments. She’s passionate about the built environment’s potential to drive meaningful change in the fight against climate change and maximizing education and engagement of all stakeholders along the way. Ana is active in various industry organizations such as ULI Greenprint, BOMA San Francisco, BOMA International, and Building Transparency’s ownersCAN group.

    Blakely Jarrett

    Senior Director, Greenprint, Urban Land Institute

    Blakely Jarrett leads ULI’s Greenprint community of practice, a global alliance of nearly 75 real estate owners, investors, and strategic partners committed to improving the environmental performance of the real estate industry. He works alongside ULI Greenprint members to accelerate decarbonization through knowledge sharing and networking, the development of member-driven reports and resources, and sharing data and best practices. Blakely previously spent seven years at ICF, where he supported the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Challenge Multifamily Sector, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Renew300 and Choice Neighborhoods programs, and federally funded disaster recovery and mitigation program implementation.

    Alexandra Ewing

    Sustainability Manager, Communities, Lendlease

    Alexandra Ewing has 25 years of environmental and energy experience in the U.S. and overseas. For the first half of her career, she worked in the international arena, designing and managing multi-sectoral energy and environmental programs in the former Soviet Union, addressing key issues in water management, energy regulation, and environmental health. Since earning her PhD at Vanderbilt in Environmental Management & Sustainability, she has worked in a variety of roles, including managing building operations for Metro Nashville government and developing strategies for lowering GHG emissions and pursuing zero waste for Vanderbilt University. She is currently managing Sustainability for Lendlease Communities. She works and lives with her husband and two kids in Nashville, TN.

    Anita Jeerage

    Director, Sustainable Real Estate, Unico Properties LLC

    Anita leads Unico’s Sustainability department, which supports property management, engineering, and development teams in implementing high-performance building strategies related to energy and water efficiency, waste management, low-carbon transportation, and indoor air quality. She is responsible for overseeing the integration of triple-bottom-line strategies into existing real estate and ground-up developments, to create buildings that protect the natural environment, promote wellness, and increase economic returns for investors. Anita brings more than fifteen years of green building consulting and project management experience to Unico.
