Alexandra is a Manager at PwC Australia, with over 8 years of experience with PwC both in Sydney and Tokyo. Alexandra specialises in the real estate sector, where she provides financial audit and advisory services to ASX 50 companies, Government and private clients. Alexandra's experience spans most major real estate asset classes, with a particular passion for the residential developments space.

Alexandra Crossing is the Regional Head for Asia Pacific and the Head of Pacific Investments within CBRE l Investment Management. After 9 years in the Singapore office responsible for managing the Asian component of the global separate account clients, sourcing and undertaking due diligence on investment opportunities, Ms. Crossing relocated to Sydney in early 2017 to manage the Pacific region business, focusing on client investments in Australia and New Zealand, before taking on the regional role in 2019. Ms. Crossing also leads the global farmland investment programme and represents CBRE Global Investment Partners on the group’s Global Responsible Investment Management Committe. Alexandra joined the GIP team in 2008 after spending four years with CB Richard Ellis in Hong Kong as a Director within the CBRE Consulting business. Ms. Crossing performed a regional role working with CBRE Consulting teams across Asia, and was responsible for delivering multi-country studies on emerging markets with a particular focus on Greater China. She managed a core team in Hong Kong and worked with a diverse range of clients providing strategic investment advice including market entry strategies, feasibility/highest and best use assessments as well as research and analysis relating to real estate acquisition and disposition. Ms. Crossing was also a Property Manager for AMP Henderson Global Investors (now AMP Capital) Commercial Property Management and started her career in the real estate sector as an Analyst for Tourism Asset Holdings Limited (TAHL) in 1997. Alexandra has a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed RIAA’s Responsible Investment Essentials.

Since 1986, John held senior roles with the Lendlease Group, Westfield Australia, Westfield USA, and the Stockland Property Group; with assignments both in Australia and offshore markets. With a property career spanning over 35 years across the commercial property sector, John has been responsible for, and has led all disciplines across the major property asset classes. As CEO of Stockland Commercial Property, John spent 12 years directly responsible for the Stockland Trust, as owner of the commercial property assets (one of Australia’s largest diversified REIT’s). In addition, as a Stockland Group Executive, John was involved in all EXCO strategic decisions across residential, community development, medium density, apartment, mixed-use, and retirement living property activity. John served on multiple Stockland sub-Boards and attended all Stockland headstock Board Meetings. Prior to joining the Stockland Group, John was Chief Operating Officer of Westfield America, based in Los Angeles, USA. As a key member and leader of this business, John was part of the senior team that substantially expanded the Westfield US operations (buying and selling); overseeing the leadership and management of the portfolio and creating and delivering a considerable property development pipeline. Prior to moving to the USA, John worked in New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia and the UK on acquisitions for the Westfield and Lendlease Groups. John has served as a Director of the National Property Council Board, Deputy Chair of the SCCA, and various Directorships at Westfield and Lendlease. Today, John is the Group Managing Director and CEO of the Campus Living Villages Group (‘CLV’). CLV spans four countries, across 54 owned and/or managed University purpose built student accommodation villages, with over 34,000 beds, all primarily located on University land. CLV is a vertically integrated business.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Newman was the Fund Manager for a wholesale office fund with Charter Hall and, prior to that, the Head of Asset Management for the group’s Office and Industrial portfolios. Before Charter Hall, Mr. Newman was a Division Director and Head of Portfolio Management with Macquarie Group where he was involved in the asset management of property portfolios located in Australia, Europe and Japan. Mr. Newman received a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University and is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute.

Leonie Wilkinson is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, Ms. Wilkinson is responsible for working with Brookfield’s local and global teams in overseeing portfolio management for Brookfield’s Australian core and core-plus real estate investment strategies, including fund and asset performance, return profile, and pursuit of acquisition and disposition opportunities. Ms. Wilkinson has over 20 years of experience in real estate funds management, and prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, she was a member of the QIC Executive Committee where she led a team of over 60 professionals covering global client relationships, capital raising and client service. Before joining QIC, Ms. Wilkinson held senior roles at LaSalle and Macquarie Capital focused on real estate private equity advisory, capital raising and investment management. Ms. Wilkinson holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Wollongong, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Tony currently leads the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Real Estate Advisory team in Sydney Australia, which delivers innovative property solutions to clients through lead advisory support encompassing strategic advice, acquisition and divestment support, property finance support, and investment management. Tony brings over twenty years of experience leading and advising both public and private sector organisations on property projects across diverse industry sectors including retirement, aged care, residential, commercial office, student housing and industrial. Through his varied roles as both principal (Stockland, ING Real Estate, Ingenia) as well as advisor (PwC, BCG), Tony has significant experience in both running property businesses and advising clients on property matters.
