Virtual Happy Hour is a series of informal Zoom meetings for ULI Young Leaders with a special guest speaker. This time we'll talk on: URBAN REGENERATION - opportunities and challenges
This event is free and open exclusively to ULI Young Leaders but you need to register to participate.
We meet virtually once a month at 4 pm in an informal atmosphere to re-connect with familiar friends and make new ULI connections. Each meeting has a special guest speaker.

On 27 October 2020 our guest speaker will be EMIL DOMERACKI - Director, Investment Services and Land at Colliers International and the leading theme of the meeting will be URBAN REGENERATION - opportunities and challenges.
"The market is not surprised by this, since the supply of available plots hasn't been keeping up with the demand for the past 3 years. Developers are having considerable difficulties with obtaining investment sites in good locations. This is the case not only in the capital, but also in regional cities. Residential and commercial developers fiercely compete for land. Available, undeveloped plots are incredibly rare, forcing decision makers to search for viable alternatives. Post-industrial sites, often centrally located and with excellent infrastructure, have proven to be excellent opportunities for that very purpose."
We hope to welcome you there and hear your views on this and other subjects.

If you are interested in participating and you are under 35 but not yet a member of ULI, more information on membership and how to join can be found HERE.

Membership for young leaders starts from as little as €142 per year (or €11.84 per month) and offers discounted prices to all of ULI’s events.
