    Diversity & Inclusion Consultant,

    Aimée Massey is a change, diversity and inclusion consultant based in London. Aimée has worked on campaigns for Snapchat, Adidas, Selfridges and many more, managing over 500 events globally, from Tokyo to Paris to New York. Aimée consults for clients on their strategies and goals, as well as being a public speaker, having previously spoken for Christie’s, Bright Network, Expert Webinar, Code First Girls and more. Aimée also hosts interviews, with a number of high profile influencers and speakers, including Vanessa Kingori from VOGUE, Niomi Smart, Lorna Luxe, Zanna van Dijk, Alice Liveing and Emma Gannon. Aimée co-founded Become because she’s passionate about helping women of colour to fulfil their full potential. Partnered with CAMFED, supporting women’s education in Africa, Become is all about narrowing the gender/race wage gap, helping women of colour to kickstart their careers with events, shadowing opportunities, internships and mentoring sessions. Become also advise corporate clients on diversity and inclusion policies, training and branding.

    Carl Konadu BEM is a mentor, speaker and co-founder of award winning social enterprise 2-3 Degrees. Most recently Carl Konadu was recognised by HRH Queen in the 2020 New Years Honours list with a BEM for his contributions to disadvantaged young people during the pandemic. Carl has demonstrated that he is well respected within the youth sector and has spent many years helping students and young men fulfil their potential through his inspirational online content and award-winning business. He co-founded 2-3 Degrees in 2016 and since then they have worked with over 6,000 young people across the UK in education, community and sport. Having grown up in South East London, he now shares his transformational story ‘from failure to first class’ to impact the lives of other young men with his incredible ability to connect through high energy motivation.

    Simon Woolf

    Chief Human Resources Officer, Patrizia

    Simon Woolf is Chief Human Resources Officer at PATRIZIA and member of the Management Board, responsible for global HR. For eleven years prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President of HR at Sony Music Entertainment and headed up HR from London. In this role, Simon was responsible for all Sony Music HR activities in Africa, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, Canada and Europe. His role involved implementing the HR strategy across all areas relating to personnel, including activities relating to business partnering, organisation development, and learning and development (OD & L&D), talent acquisition and reward functions. Prior to Sony, he worked for ten years in various HR positions for the British supermarket chain Asda Walmart. Simon holds a degree in modern European studies, politics, economics, French and German from Loughborough University.

    Andrea Carpenter

    Director, Diversity Talks Real Estate

    Andrea Carpenter is a Director of Diversity Talks Real Estate, and a writer and communications consultant in the property industry. Andrea helps raise the visibility of female experts in the industry through the stage and media. On the writing side, her book about the history of the modern European property industry, High Rise and Fall, was published by Routledge in September 2018. Andrea began her career as a journalist at Property Week before moving on to be editor of EuroProperty for seven years. Following this she worked for various industry bodies including the Urban Land Institute, INREV in Amsterdam, and its sister organisation ANREV in Hong Kong. On returning to the UK, she worked as Head of Marketing and Communications EMEA at CBRE Global Investors.
