    Webinar Summary

Mega trends like technology, demography, climate change and social developments have been disrupting consumer behaviour already for quite some time. This disruption has been further accelerated by the COVID-19 crisis which has caused further radical behavioural changes. This webinar will look at what major trends are impacting consumer behaviour and how this is impacting real estate, considering work, live and play and the connections.

In keeping up with these changes, we will hear from an expert in this field, Ibrahim Ibrahim, Managing Director of Portland Design, on how these trends impact behaviour across different generations and how the consumer journey is changing. In response, a panel of ULI members of different generations will share their perspectives and interact with Ibrahim to discuss how to successfully adapt to those changes.

The audience will also have a chance to ask questions during the panel discussion to further develop the topic.
