With over 19,500 square metres of commercial and retail space, Poly Centre at 210 George Street is a 27-storey building that has been conceived as a next generation workplace. Designed by award winning architects, Grimshaw, Poly Centre creates a series of double-height tenancies, with the potential for individual tenancy modules to be vertically connected for larger tenants.
At the highest floor, a spectacular three-storey volume will accommodate a new workplace with great amenity and a marked difference to the standard office typologies surrounding. Ground level includes four new triple-height retail spaces and a foyer with a new work by Sydney artist Janet Laurence.
