Whilst the deployment of capital within real estate is ever-changing we take a keen look at then vs now. Then being pre-covid, low interest rate times basking in high yields and now being 2023/2024 amongst a changing interest rate landscape with capital looking for strategic long-term yield globally. Join us in this exclusive conversation with Mark Power, Head of Income Credit at Qualitas, as he shares insights on capital markets and deal flow, and Darren Searle, Head of Australia and New Zealand at LOGOS Property, as he shares his learnings on the delivery side as a large industrial developer.
