Greg Johnson is the President of Wright Runstad & Company and oversees all the company’s development, investment, and management activities.
Based in Seattle, Wright Runstad & Company develops, acquires, manages and leases high-quality commercial office buildings throughout the Pacific Northwest. Guided by its core values of integrity, quality and service, the company has a 36-year history as one of the region’s premier real estate development and operating companies. Wright Runstad & Company is privately held and employs more than 120 outstanding individuals.
Wright Runstad & Company currently has several large projects under development in Seattle, Bellevue, and Olympia, including over 1.0 million square feet under construction: City Center Plaza in Bellevue, the Ninth and Jefferson Medical Office Building on the Harborview campus in Seattle, and the Washington Estate Employees Credit Union headquarters in Olympia. In addition, The Spring District, a 36-acre neighborhood, is in the planning stages in Bellevue’s Bel-Red corridor. Wright Runstad & Company also manages a property portfolio of more than 5.0 million square feet and maintains active relationships with several of the nation’s premier institutional real estate investors and lenders.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Wright Runstad & Company, Greg held real estate investment and development positions with both national and international companies. He serves as the Chair of both the Urban Land Institute’s Seattle District Council and the Advisory Board of the Runstad Center for Real Estate at the University of Washington. In addition, Greg is active in several civic and professional organizations.
