Forums & Convenings

The ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing organizes and participates in a number of housing convenings each year. The Center hosts an annual housing conference each spring in addition to forums on a range of housing topics throughout the year. Members of the Center team also participate in a range of housing events across the country including meetings hosted by ULI District Councils and other partner organizations.

Housing Opportunity Conference

ULI’s premier annual housing conference brings together a diverse mix of private and nonprofit real estate developers, public officials, urban and regional planners, housing advocates, architects, investors, and lenders with one common goal – to expand opportunities for a full range of residential development in their communities. The next conference will be hosted in Boston from May 15-17, 2016.
