The ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing organizes and participates in a number of housing convenings each year. The Center hosts an annual housing conference each spring in addition to forums on a range of housing topics throughout the year. Members of the Center team also participate in a range of housing events across the country including meetings hosted by ULI District Councils and other partner organizations.
Housing Opportunity Annual Conference
ULI’s premier annual housing conference brings together a diverse mix of private and nonprofit real estate developers, public officials, urban and regional planners, housing advocates, smart growth and sustainability experts, architects, investors and lenders, and real estate agents with one common goal – to expand opportunities for residential development in their communities.
In 2015, ULI’s Terwilliger Center for Housing and Enterprise Community Partners invite you to join colleagues from across the country to explore housing’s role in creating better places and better lives. Plan to join us in Minneapolis, Minnesota from July 13 to 15 to learn more about how to meet the bottom line while building or preserving exceptional affordable homes that connect residents of all income levels with life-changing opportunities. At Housing Opportunity 2015, you will discover the opportunities and best practices for supporting better places and better lives.
