Forums & Convenings

The ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing organizes and participates in a number of housing convenings each year. The Center hosts an annual housing conference each spring in addition to forums on a range of housing topics throughout the year. Members of the Center team also participate in a range of housing events across the country including meetings hosted by ULI District Councils and other partner organizations.

Housing Opportunity Annual Conference

ULI’s premier annual housing conference brings together a diverse mix of private and nonprofit real estate developers, public officials, urban and regional planners, housing advocates, smart growth and sustainability experts, architects, investors and lenders, and real estate agents with one common goal – to expand opportunities for residential development in their communities.
