Urban Land is the magazine of the Urban Land Institute. Urban Land covers best practices across a broad spectrum of real estate topics reflecting ULI’s priorities. These include building highly livable, sustainable communities with the transit and other infrastructure necessary to support them; promoting intelligent densification and urbanization worldwide; and understanding how technological and demographic trends will influence the built environment. Six print editions are published annually; the online edition offers fresh content posted daily.
Urban Land online, which is accessible to anyone with an internet connection, builds on the print version of the magazine. In addition to articles that appear in print, the online magazine contains timely, web-only content, including a weekly assessment of financial conditions pertaining to real estate. ULI encourages readers to share and link to content posted in the online version of Urban Land. In addition, ULI members are invited to log in and comment on articles posted online; all users will be able to read these comments from ULI members.

Therefore, opinions expressed in articles, columns, and multimedia features in Urban Land are those of the author(s) or person(s) quoted and are not necessarily those of Urban Land nor of the Urban Land Institute. Printed copies of Urban Land are mailed to ULI full members, associate members, and Young Leaders in the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Japan. ULI also sends a weekly e-mail summary of recent Urban Land online articles to ULI members. Members can manage delivery of these weekly e-mails through their member profile on my.uli.org.
