The City of Vancouver (“City”) is pleased to present this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the first three city-owned development sites.
An invitation to negotiate (ITN) is a competitive solicitation to select one or more respondents with which to commence negotiations for the procurement of commodities or contractual services awarded based on best value or most advantageous.
A request for proposal (RFP) is an invitation for suppliers, through a bidding process, to submit a proposal on a specific commodity or service.
A request for information (RFI) is a standard business process whose purpose is to collect written information about the capabilities of various suppliers.
A request for qualification (RFQ) is a standard business process whose purpose is to invite suppliers into a bidding process to bid on specific products and/or services.
Rate: $1,000 for one-month listing or $3,000 for three-month package.
