ULI Real Estate Entrepreneur Programs

Real Estate Entrepreneur Program

The Business of Building Communities

ULI Real Estate Entrepreneur Programs offer content and an experience specifically targeted to the needs of real estate professionals driving innovation and change at the neighborhood and community level.

Whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur looking for your first independent deal or a more seasoned veteran seeking to stay informed of current trends, opportunities, and skill sets, these programs will provide leading-edge techniques, lessons, and case studies. Each fast-paced and content-rich program covers an area of particular interest to the smaller-scale entrepreneur in just a day and a half.

Seasoned and highly successful professionals drawn from ULI’s senior leadership will participate in panel discussions at each program. A reception and dinner will provide participants with the opportunity for more informal interaction with these leaders. Case studies, instructive dialogues, and class exercises will facilitate both instructor-led and peer-to-peer learning.
