Located in the heart of Baltimore, the Station North Arts & Entertainment District was the first area in the city to receive state designation as an A&E District in 2002. Spanning across three neighborhood communities, Station North is a diverse collection of artist live-work spaces, galleries, row homes and businesses – all just steps away from Penn Station and historic Mount Vernon.

In 2011, the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED), which oversees the Arts and Entertainment District Program, recognized Station North’s success in marketing and promoting events within the district as well as the district’s role in economic and community revitalization with the annual Arts & Entertainment District Outstanding Achievement Award.

Learn from presenters Ben Stone, Executive Director, Station North Arts & Entertainment District, Inc. and Charles Duff, President, Jubilee Baltimore, Inc. as they discuss economic and community revitalization efforts within the district.
