RFQ: City of Alameda

City of Alameda Seeks Developers
for former Naval Air Station

The City of Alameda issued two Request for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified developers for a 68-acre residential mixed-use project and a commercial project on a maximum of 82-acres at the former Naval Air Station (Alameda Point).

With an iconic waterfront setting, stunning views, and close proximity to downtown San Francisco, Alameda Point presents one of the most significant waterfront development opportunities in the country. Alameda Point is an 878-acre part of the decommissioned Naval Air Station Alameda strategically located within the heart of the inner San Francisco Bay Area. Submittals are due June 16, 2014.
