A ULI Real Estate Entrepreneur Program
The Business of Building Communities
*Young Leader special discount available: $495
How a deal is structured and executed can impact more than just the financial success or failure of a real estate project. It can also determine the level of ongoing business success, and how risks and returns are allocated to various parties in the deal. In this new ULI program, participants will be guided through the process of sourcing, acquiring, and executing their best independent real estate deal.
Designed for those new—and not so new—to development, this program will take participants through an interactive series of presentations, panels, and case studies. Participants will emerge with a framework of how to better embark on a real estate venture.
As part of the ULI Real Estate Entrepreneur Program, this unique new course will also afford attendees the opportunity to interact with recognized industry experts drawn from ULI’s senior leadership. A thoughtful and lively panel discussion with these leaders will be followed by an informal networking reception and dinner, where attendees can engage the experts and one another in an exchange of ideas. Meet the ULI leaders.
