Oversee and manage all aspects of the logistical operations of primarily the ULI Spring Meeting (approximately 3,000 attendees) and ULI Fall Meeting (6,000+ attendees) and the Council meetings that occur at both of those meetings. Also oversee and manage all aspects of the logistical operations for several smaller (roughly 300-attendee) conferences per year. Work closely with and manage the logistics consulting teams to ensure production of cutting-edge and cost-effective meetings.
