Manager, Program Coordination and Outreach (Washington, D.C.)

In support of departmental objectives, the manager will serve as a liaison between and across the 73 D/NCs and the global headquarters, initiating, coordinating, and/or leading processes that facilitate communication about ULI’s research, expertise, and programming priorities generated by both the global headquarters office and the D/NCs.

The manager will create and use a variety of organizing tools that connect multiple ULI departments in the global headquarters with staff/member leaders of all D/NCs. Such tools will include monthly reports, a speakers bureau, a database of resources that support D/NC program implementation, conference calls and meetings for certain member networks, newsletters, administration of the Urban Innovation Grant Program, and other services that meet the needs of the manager and the department team.

The manager will provide customer-friendly service that fosters teamwork and mutual support in a highly dynamic environment.This is a full-time exempt position located in Washington, D.C. …
