Our online Press Kit provides members of the media with information about ULI. We encourage all media to contact our communications team for more information on ULI publications, to obtain a press pass to an upcoming event, or to speak with one of our land use experts.
Social media have reshaped journalism. Dramatic technological changes have created opportunities for journalists to engage in a two-way information flow with the public, leading to a revolution in how a news story is told and consumed. ULI communicates with the news media and public not only through print publications and our website, but also via popular social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

Urban Land Magazine
Urban Land is the online magazine created for members of ULI. It focuses on the information needs of land use and development professionals worldwide, providing them with timely, objective, practical, and accessible articles on a wide variety of subjects including infrastructure and transit, sustainable development, capital markets, commercial real estate trends, and planning and design, among many other industry topics.
The ULI senior resident fellows program was established to enhance ULI’s role as the most influential voice in the real estate industry and to raise awareness of the Institute’s mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land. ULI has five senior resident fellows who specialize in real estate finance, public policy, retail/urban entertainment, transportation/infrastructure, housing, environmental issues, and urban development.
