Assistant Vice President for Community Relations and Economic Development
Beverly (Bev) Coleman is Executive Director for Neighborhoods Now, formerly Philadelphia Neighborhood Development Collaborative (PNDC). Previously, Coleman served as Program Officer for The Pew Charitable Trusts where she managed the Fund for Urban Neighborhood Development and also led the foundation’s Targeted Neighborhood Initiative.
A Philadelphia resident, Coleman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a Master of Arts in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a board member of the OMG Center for Collaborative Learning.
She serves on several boards and committees including the Center for Architecture, Art Reach, OMG Center for Collaborative Learning, and the Affordable Housing Advisory Council of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.
